IJN’s medical expertise in cardiovascular and thoracic healthcare is internationally recognised and our cutting edge medical care is increasingly sought after by patients from countries as varied as Saudi Arabia, Russia,Hong Kong and Indonesia. Besides, since Malaysia has a multiracial population as well as healthy tourist inflow, we are quite experienced in interaction with people of different nationalities. This is another attribute that our international patients view positively.

What are the IJN International Patient Services (IIPS) and how can it help you?

Preparing for a major medical procedure is stressful enough. It can be more so, if it were to be done in a different country, far from home. That is why we have set up IJN International Patient Services (IIPS) to help our patients and their accompanying family members make the appropriate arrangements for their stay.

IIPS extends a range of services which include:visa and immigration assistance

Visas are not usually required for social/business visits under six months. However, for the foreign nationals who do require visas, they must apply and obtain a visa in advance at a Malaysian Representative Office before entering the country.

The necessary documents from IJN will be arranged to support your application. IIPS also helps with visa extensions andimmigration clearance especially in emergency cases when entry processneeds to be expedited.
