CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
By entering the #CaringBeyondTheHeart Contest, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and
you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. The #CaringBeyondTheHeart Contest is organized by Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) and is open to ALL residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
2. The Contest will run from 02/08/2021 to 19/09/2021.
3. The organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule, and/or extend the Contest period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

SUBMISSIONS ON FACEBOOK

1. Participants must like IJN’s Facebook page.
   1. Participants are required to share video submissions using the #CaringBeyondTheHeart game filter via Facebook video post responding to the ongoing themes of the Contest.
2. Participants are required to tag @IJN.Malaysia on Facebook and use hashtags #CaringBeyondTheHeart, #IJN, and #InstitutJantungNegara in the captions.
3. Participants are required to tag 3 more users to complete the Contest submission.
4. All qualified participants will be selected on a fortnightly basis.
5. Winners will be announced through IJN’s Facebook post and Facebook story. Winners must send a Private Message (PM) @IJN.Malaysia on Facebook for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to PM @IJN.Malaysia on Facebook two (2) days after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.
6. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.
7. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained

SUBMISSIONS ON INSTAGRAM

1. Participants must follow IJN’s Instagram account.
2. Participants are required to share Instagram Story submissions using the #CaringBeyondTheHeart game filter via IJN’s Instagram profile under ‘Filters’, responding to the ongoing themes of the Contest.
3. Participants are required to tag @institutjantungnegara on Instagram Story and use IJN’s #CaringBeyondTheHeart stickers in the video.
4. Participants are required to tag 3 more users to complete the Contest submission.
5. All qualified participants will be selected on a fortnightly basis.
6. Winners will be announced through IJN’s Instagram post and Instagram story. Winners must Direct Message (DM) @InstitutJantungNegara on Instagram for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to DM @InstitutJantungNegara on Instagram two (2) days after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.
7. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.
8. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

SUBMISSIONS ON TIKTOK

1. Participants must follow IJN’s TikTok account.
2. Participants are required to use the #CaringBeyondTheHeart game filters from IJN’s Facebook or Instagram profile under ‘Filters’, responding to the ongoing themes of the Contest.
3. Participants are encouraged to download the filter videos and repost them on TikTok for a higher chance of winning the challenge.
4. Participants are required to mention @institutjantungnegara on TikTok and use hashtags #CaringBeyondTheHeart, #IJN, and #InstitutJantungNegara in the caption or video.
5. Participants are encouraged to use IJN’s CaringBeyondTheHeart stickers on the video as an optional step.
6. All qualified participants will be selected on a fortnightly basis.
7. Winners will be announced through IJN’s TikTok video post. Winners must send a Direct Message (DM) @InstitutJantungNegara on TikTok to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to DM @InstitutJantungNegara on TikTok two (2) days after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.
8. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.
9. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

PRIZES

1. The prizes for the Contest are divided into a tier which is fortnightly prizes. There are nine (9) fortnightly prizes for two (2) consecutive months, as follows:
   • Fortnight 1 for Theme 1: 05/07 – 16/07/2021 at 12 PM noon
   • Fortnight 2 for Theme 2: 02/08 – 13/08/2021 at 12 PM noon
   • Fortnight 3 for Theme 3: 06/09 – 17/09/2021 at 12 PM noon
   • Grand Prize And Lucky Winner Announcement: 19/09/2021 at 12 PM noon

1. There will be three (3) winners selected for each theme and each platform (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
2. The fortnightly winners selected will be given the prizes alternately, sponsored by IJN. Participants may win one (1) fortnightly prize.
3. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from the nine (9) fortnightly winners as the main prize winner for the Contest. The grand prize winner shall be announced via a random lucky draw on 07/09/2021.
4. The grand prize winner will walk away with one (1) Philips Air Purifier 800 Series AC0820/30 as the main prize.

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. All winners will receive notifications through IJN’s corresponding social media accounts. For Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok submissions, winners must reach out to @IJN.Malaysia (Facebook) and @InstitutJantungNegara (Instagram and TikTok) for requirements to claim the prizes through PM/DM.
2. Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party arranging and/or providing for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to all the prizes if any. All prizes must be claimed from the organizer within TWO (2) weeks from the date the prizes are available for collection. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The winners’ list will be announced on the organizer’s Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram platforms. (Institut Jantung Negara).
3. For delivery of prizes, the bearer of costs incurred for all transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses shall be determined by IJN.
4. IJN will bear the delivery costs for winners residing in and/or out of the Klang Valley/Greater Kuala Lumpur Area.

RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER

1. The organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the prize winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.
2. The organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, and other items or vouchers in part or in full.

DATA PROTECTION

1. By participating in the Contest, the participant consents to the organiser to process the participant’s personal data provided in the entry form for purposes of the Contest including without limitation the use on IJN’s Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok page and the website. These rights will extend to IJN’s use of participants’ photos/videos for social media and advertising purposes if need be.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pictures of prizes shown on the contest entry form are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
2. The Contest rules and regulations and the Contest mechanics may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of the Contest. Participants are highly advised to visit the organisers’ Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok page from time to time to ensure that the participants are aware of any updates and changes made.
3. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest rules and regulations, and the decisions of the organiser.
