Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, IJN is implementing a restricted Patient Visitor Policy, until further notice.

Visitor Screening and Restrictions

All visitors will be screened for the following and may be prohibited from visiting or staying in the building based on the results:

  • Recent International travel
  • Recent domestic travel to areas affected by COVID-19
  • Contact with people infected by COVID-19
  • Cold or flu-like symptoms

All visitors should wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before and after visiting.

Restricted Access Points to Facilities

As IJN implements preventative measures for our patients, visitors and health care personnel, access points to our facilities will be restricted until further notice.

Visitors will be screened at entry points, according to the restriction policy.

Signs will be posted at entrances to direct patients and visitors to the appropriate access points.

IJN Cares for Everyone’s Health and Safety

IJN’S Restricted Patient Visitor Policy provides additional protection for our patients, visitors and medical staff by reducing the chance of exposure to people who could be carrying the COVID-19 virus.

Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 outbreak, this policy may be revised, depending on the circumstances.
